If you have purchased any inflatable product within these date ranges, the OPV valve will need to be inspected to ensure its integrity. This inspection can be carried out by an individual following the instructions and video guidelines on the Halcyon.net website as above, or the unit can be returned to any NZ Halcyon dealer to be checked by a technician. Halcyon dealers can be found on our website www.halcyondive.co.nz/dealers.html. If there isn’t a dealer in your area, please contact us directly at info@halcyondive.co.nz
Should it prove necessary to replace the OPV, this will be provided free of charge to the individual.
