Defender Spools
	Defender spools are one of many unique products introduced by Halcyon. The Halcyon Defender spool blends uncompromising quality with ideal weight characteristics, allowing ease of deployment and years of trouble-free use. Halcyon Defender spools are equally at home navigating through caves or shooting a surface marker while ascending from your favorite ocean dive. Defender spools are available in three sizes, 75’ (23m), 100’ (30m) & 150’ (46m) and are all supplied wth a stainless steel clip.

Coldwater Defender Spools
	Thick gloves and cold fingers can make it difficult to use a spool; gloved fingers overlap the edge of the spool and cold hands make it hard to grip small edges. Halcyon solved this problem by creating the industry’s only built-in handle. The flanged edge around the Halcyon coldwater spindle allows the spool's double-ender to act as a handle. Coldwater Defender spools are available in two sizes, 100’ (30m) & 150’ (46m) and are supplied wth a stainless steel clip.
